Saroca to award scholarship for Transformational Leadership Program to GPWA member

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Saroca, a leadership development company specializing in the gaming industry, is pleased to announce a scholarship opportunity for a member of the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association. One GPWA member will receive a full scholarship, valued at $1,700, to participate in Saroca’s acclaimed Transformational Leadership Program.

The four-month, virtual program, which runs from February 27 to May 22, 2025, is designed to enhance leadership skills, executive presence, and communication for individuals committed to making a positive impact on the gaming industry. The scholarship covers eight 90-minute cohort sessions and two 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with an executive coach.

"We are incredibly excited to partner with the GPWA and offer this scholarship," said Emily Leeb, CEO of Saroca. "The gaming industry is filled with talented individuals, and we believe that investing in their leadership development is crucial for its continued growth and success."

Claire Adamou, VP of Development at Saroca and a longtime GPWA member added, "Having been a part of the GPWA community for many years, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing its members. This scholarship is a way for us to give back to the community and support the next generation of iGaming industry leaders. We're looking for someone passionate about making a difference and ready to embrace transformational leadership principles."

The Transformational Leadership Program focuses on developing key skills such as executive function, communication, and emotional intelligence. Its Net Promoter Score of 90, the high satisfaction of past participants.

With more than 35,000 registered members, the GPWA is committed to supporting the success of its members, and all of its programs are designed based on this objective. Membership in the association is free and is made possible by the support of our sponsor affiliate programs.

Any GPWA member, male or female, is eligible to apply for the scholarship. The deadline for applications is 24 February 2025, and the winner will be announced in the GPWA newsletter on 26 February.
