APCW conducts several random casino audits each month
and reports on events, experiences,
and issues which may be harmful for our Player Members. We
are also looking for the positive experiences
that our Casino Members have to offer, and we pass that information
on to our members as well! We check
the ease of
software downloads & installations on your computer,
looking for spyware and malware. We test the deposits and
withdrawal methods provided, how well the games are playing,
the responsiveness of customer service to issues, how
quickly and accurately bonuses are awarded, and the overall
quality, usability, and design of the site. Education and
Information Our weekly
news video, Perspectives Weekly,
is the most watched webcast in online gaming.
Every Friday we put out these ten minute overviews of what's
going on in the online gaming industry right now. That
way you understand the politics and business of this industry. We also have a
live audio podcast, Perspectives Now,
which airs every week in partnership with Rounder's
Radio. This show is where players
can phone in questions, comments, and concerns to J.Todd
for live answers, or just listen to the discussion which
is far more in-depth than the weekly videos can cover. Feedback
Reports and Surveys
Our large
volume of feedback reports from players give details of
how well online casinos are serving their
customers. They cover a variety of
interesting criteria for players, and they are a nice
supplement to our auditing reports. We also run surveys and
polls for
our Player Members and compile the information
into
reports available in the members area.
